I have a puppy of 9 weeks, the suspects training have a hiatal hernia. Has anyone in this situation? If so, how is it treated?

My dog has a fracture in his stomach. He looked like a navel from. He was born with her and her vet said some dogs can develop over time ... My dog has never done that. So when I finally decided on the point (to 1 years later), which led a protection against the cruelty of the operation and did not charge me $ 10 more to close the breach. We have three puppies, all of which slid on his testicle area. We gave them everything, and I really do not know how they do it.
